How to bet responsibly
- Set a budget before you start, and only bet money you can afford to lose.
- Use the same stake on every bet. Pick an amount you'd be fine losing on any single bet; many members use 1 to 2% of their betting bankroll and keep it fixed.
- Never chase losses by raising your stake. Losing days and weeks are normal, even with an edge.
- Take breaks, and never bet when upset, tired or under the influence.
- Use the limits your sportsbook offers: deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion.
